In this tutorial, we are beginning to learn how to copy and paste an image in vanishing point. Although the picture above is not entirely done, it will look flattened and more realistic after hardening the edges and making it more proportional to the billboard.
For this project, we are focusing on reflections. In this particular photo above (though very poor quality), I am reflected off of the monitor. The rest of my photos are still in the editing process and will be uploaded to my portfolio.
Page 4-15. In this chapter, we are learning how to "modify a marquee." By selecting an object, you can expand or contract the image, smooth out its edges, or add borders.
I enjoyed designing the tee shirt, and I learned many new techniques on Photoshop. Unfortunately, I'm not the most creative person in the world so I felt as though my tee-shirt-designing skills were lacking a bit compared to my peers. I wish it was more photography-based, but overall it was interesting to see what I could come up with in the short amount of time that was given for the contest. I don't think I will win, but I'm proud of how far I've come.
